Perhaps the easiest chocolate candy is strawberries dipped in chocolate, but they also become the most elegant when they take the form of strawberry tuxedos.
Ingredients
15 strawberries 3 ounces dark chocolate 3 ounces white chocolate
Wash strawberries and set until completely dry. Chop chocolates and place in separate bowls. Place these bowls over a pot of barely simmering water and let stand until melted. Stir until smooth and let cool a little bit.
Dip one side of the strawberries in white chocolate and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Dip two sides of the strawberries in dark chocolate. Put them back into the refrigerator for 10 more minutes.
Dip a thin paint brush in dark chocolate and paint on the decorations, bow tie and buttons. Small candies can also be used for buttons.
